Hiten Patel is the founder of “Mindscape Design”, an India based, architecture, interior design and landscaping firm recognized for delivering thoughtful, high-performance spatial solutions.
With over 25 years of professional experience, he has built a practice centred on creating environments that are iconic, functional, innovative and environmentally responsible, while remaining deeply aligned with each client’s vision.
Under his leadership, Mindscape Design was named as the World’s Best International Commercial & Manufacturing Architecture Firm in 2024-25 for Pa_rar_thyama.
Mindscape Design has earned multiple accolades, including the USGBC LEED Gold certification for Pa_rar_thyam in 2023 & Dharam Export in 2026. It has successfully executed a diverse portfolio spanning residential, commercial, corporate, hospitality and country home projects.
