Design development
Concept design proposals are followed by the stage known as 'design development', which can also be referred to as 'schematic design' to capture the stage's purpose and intent.
Idea
Pre Design
The primary objective is to meet with the client and establish the overall vision and goals of the project.
Exchanging Ideas
The focus is on discussing and exchanging ideas regarding the concept.
Design
Schematic Design
During this phase, we create a series of rough sketches or drawings to visually represent the basic concepts of the design. Additionally, we conduct initial research on local compliance and regulations to ensure the design aligns with necessary requirements.
Design Development
Design development builts upon the results of the schematic design phase and takes them to the next level of detail and refinement.
Execution
Construction
- Construction commences, marking the final phase.
- During this phase, we execute the construction according to the design intent. If any changes arise, we consult with the owner to ensure they align with their vision for the project. This phase concludes with the project being ready for use or occupancy.
